Founded in 2001, Tank Traders® operates a national propane tank exchange program. We help our customers to exchange their empty propane cylinder with a pre-filled replacement. Our coast to coast footprint is supported by nine strategically placed distribution and refurbishment centers. This allows us to deliver our product to retail locations across Canada in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring there is always propane in our cages!
Over the years, through acquisition and strategic alliances, we have built an extensive dealer network with thousands of food, gas, retail and home improvement partners. Our growth, in part, is due to our commitment to overseeing the entire tank lifecycle. From filling and distribution to maintenance and recycling, we are the only Canadian company to manage every part of the supply chain.
Today, Tank Traders® is proud to call itself the national propane exchange leader. From our humble roots in La Salle, Manitoba, we have grown to more than 100 employees from coast to coast and have been proud to have been named to PROFIT 500’s list of Canada’s fastest growing companies these past five years.
