Production Opportunities: Hands-On, High Impact
Be a vital part of the propane tank refurbishing and refilling process in a hands-on, team-oriented production environment. These physically active roles involve outdoor work, lifting, standing for extended periods, and equipment operation.
Production roles include Labourers, Cell Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers who work together in a fast-paced environment where safety is always the top priority. We offer opportunities for training, growth, and certifications, including forklift and transportation of dangerous goods. Logistics Opportunities: Drive the Difference
Service our retailers with propane by safely loading, transporting, and delivering propane cylinders across your region — Canada and USA wide. Within our logistics teams, we offer a range of opportunities, including Delivery Driver, Lead Driver, and Logistics Manager roles.
Drivers follow assigned routes and operate trucks within a well-supported fleet environment. The role offers a balance of independence and physical activity, combining driving with hands-on work to keep you active throughout the day. And yes — one of the more unique parts of the job might even include pulling and recovering tanks from unexpected places, including landfills!
R&D Opportunities: The Innovation of the Business
Our Research & Development team is at the forefront of innovation at Tank Traders®, designing, building, and improving the systems and equipment that power our operations. This multidisciplinary team includes engineers, CAD technologists, mechanical designers, and skilled fabricators who collaborate to bring ideas to life.
With in-house capabilities such as welding, laser cutting, milling, waterjet cutting, and brake press forming, our R&D team doesn’t just design solutions — they build them.
